HOW TO PLAY

A quick reference for signing in, joining games, using match chat, tracking stats, ranking players, and running events from the admin side.

Access rules

Chat is tied to one event at a time.
Players must be signed in before joining a paid or free event.
Paid spots are not final until payment succeeds.
Leaderboard rank starts once a player has a confirmed roster spot.
Waitlist promotions expire when the claim window closes.
Admins can join events for free from the event detail page.
Features

What the app includes

Field and event browsing

Browse active fields, open games, date and time details, skill level, price, roster count, and remaining spots.

Secure paid registration

Players can sign in, join a match, pay with Stripe, and receive confirmation once the roster spot is secured.

Roster-only match chat

Each event has its own chat room. Chat unlocks after the player is confirmed on that event roster.

Roster and waitlist handling

Events show confirmed players, available spots, waitlist position, claimable spots, and drop-out options when allowed.

Stats and leaderboard

Confirmed players are ranked after joining. Posted stats move players up using goals, assists, tackles, interceptions, saves, and shots on target.

Notifications and reminders

Players receive in-app notices for confirmed spots, waitlist promotions, and game reminders before matchday.

Installable app experience

The site includes a manifest, app icons, and service worker support so players can install it on mobile devices.

Admin operations

Admins can manage fields, create and repeat events, view rosters, enter final stats, and monitor leaderboards.

How to join and chat

  1. 01Create an accountUse Sign Up or Sign In from the top menu. After signing in, the app sends you to the fields page.
  2. 02Find a gameOpen Fields, choose a field, then select an upcoming event that matches your schedule and skill level.
  3. 03Join the rosterOpen the event page and use the join button. Paid games open Stripe checkout before your spot is confirmed.
  4. 04Use match chatAfter you are on the roster, open the event page and select Match Chat. Non-rostered users cannot enter that room.
  5. 05Drop out if neededIf the event still allows drops, use Drop Out on the event page before the cutoff window closes.
  6. 06Track resultsAfter the event is completed, check the event recap, your profile, and the leaderboard for posted stats.

How to run events

  1. 01Create fieldsGo to Admin, then Fields. Add the field name, address, city, state, session cost, and image.
  2. 02Create eventsGo to Admin, then Events. Choose the field, date, time, price, skill level, roster size, and drop cutoff.
  3. 03Manage rostersOpen an event roster from Admin to review confirmed players and event participation.
  4. 04Repeat gamesUse the repeat action on an event when a game should be scheduled again with the same setup.
  5. 05Post final statsAfter a game ends, open the event stats area and enter goals, assists, tackles, interceptions, saves, and shots on target.
  6. 06Monitor operationsUse leaderboards, event status, and maintenance automation to keep past and upcoming games accurate.
